Best October Prime Day Beauty Deals:
No surprises here: it's the Prime beauty deals I'm the most excited about. On Prime Day, one of the most-purchased beauty products by GLAMOUR readers has been the Sky High mascara of TikTok fame, a volumising and lengthening mascara which is packed full of extra intense black pigment.
GLAMOUR's Senior Beauty Editor, Elle Turner, says “This is my most-loved mascara ever, and the one product in my makeup bag that I've repurchased more than any other. I have medium-long lashes and one coat (see below) made them ultra fluttery and defined, while still looking natural. It's such a good daily mascara, and I've ended up wearing it almost everyday at the office.”
Elsewhere, Garnier's bestselling Micellar Water, another top GLAMOUR reader buys this year. ICYMI (you probably didn't), it's a makeup remover which will get every last scrap of makeup off without irritating your skin.
ICYMI, another cult-favourite hair product is one sale as part of the deals. COLOUR WOW Dream Coat is a staple in the kits of countless celebs and stylists, including Chris Appleton, who just so happens to be Kim Kardashian’s go-to hair guru. Below, you'll see our Senior Beauty Editor, Elle Turner, apply it – her glossy, smooth finish speaks for itself.
In the haircare corner, the COLOR WOW Color Security Shampoo is our top shampoo pick for those looking to keep their salon or box colour fresh and vibrant, while the Kerastase Elixir Ultime Hair Oil is my ride-or-die hair product. TBH, it doesn't matter too much to me what shampoo and conditioner I use. As long as I have this hair toil in-tow, formulated with Argan oil and French camellia, my hair will feel lightweight and silky.
Now, let's talk skincare. If it's an elevation to your skincare routine you're after, watch out for discounts on science-backed skincare products by the likes of Elizabeth Arden, The Inkey List, CeraVe, Medik8, Paula's Choice and ThisWorks.
I’ve sung the praises of the This Works Deep Sleep Pillow Spray before, so I’m thrilled to see it included in the Amazon Prime Day sale with 40% off. This stuff genuinely makes a difference – a few spritzes on my pillow and I can feel myself unwinding almost instantly. The gentle lavender and chamomile scent helps me switch off after a hectic day, and I always wake up feeling more rested.
I’ve also got my eye on the Deep Sleep Body Whip, which sounds like the perfect bedtime companion — rich, nourishing, and infused with that same soothing scent. If it’s anything like the pillow spray, I already know I’m going to love it.
I was also delighted to see Elizabeth Arden's famed Eight Hour Cream on sale – I use it on my lips and my cuticles every night before bed for guaranteed hydration by the time I wake up – and the Medik8 C-Tetra vitamin C serum you can see me testing below.
It has a gentle formulation that's designed to penetrate your skin deeply to minimise the appearance of fine lines and wrinkles, while also shielding it against pollution and other environmental aggressors. Plus, it's cruelty-free, vegan-friendly and free from artificial fragrances.
If you're a K-beauty lover, we've spotted some of the best K-Beauty Amazon Prime Day deals ever this year. Among the most-ordered by GLAMOUR readers so far? COSRX Prime Day deals, which include the viral hyperpigmentation-targeting Advanced Snail 96 Mucin Power Essence and 92 All in One Cream.
Finally, for those in market for a new electric toothbrush this Amazon Prime Day, consider SURI and SURI only. Not only are their metallic, ergonomic toothbrushes a total joy to use (they even come with a self-cleaning UV case), but the brand's sustainability credentials are admirable. Oh, and they've released a dreamy sunset colour-way. So. Good.
Best Amazon Gift Deals
The need to buy chic gifts affordably is of high importance at all times of the year, but never more so than right now. If, like us, you’re constantly celebrating birthdays, graduations, or weddings, now’s the perfect time to stock up on gifts – plan ahead for Christmas and thank yourself later. As such, gifts for teenage girls, grandma gifts, gifts for sisters, best friend gifts and gifts for boyfriends are the products we're looking out for the most this Prime Day.
There are so many gifts for one year olds, gifts for four year olds and gifts for five year olds on Amazon right now – a discounted Mermaid Barbie Doll, perhaps? – but there are also gifts for the sophisticated women in your life. Think: Swarovski earrings, silk pillowcases, essential oil diffusers, Byoma skincare gift sets, perfume gift sets, Amazon candles and fantastic new books. Thanks, Amazon. We owe you.
Best October Prime Day Parenting Deals:
The GLAMOUR team is made up of strong mums, sisters and supportive best friends – and when we did a quick Prime Day ask-around the office, it turned out countless members of staff were looking to kit out their nurseries – or those of their loved ones – for less this October. Luckily, there price cuts across products by iconic brands like Tommee Tippee, Ickle Bubba and Onco live right now.
You can pick up prams for less, breast pumps and pelvic floor trainers, as well as baby carriers that are as stylish as the rest of your SS outfits, and baby-changing-bags that are equally as chic.
Best October Prime Day Device Deals:
Amazon device deals are always a sight to behold on Prime Day, so it's no surprise that we're seeing discounts on the Amazon Echo Show, Ring Doorbell, Amazon Echo Dot, Fire tablets and Amazon Kindles right now.
Our top pick? The Echo Spot bundle which includes 1 Echo Spot and 1 Meross Smart Plug, AKA everything you need to kickstart your smart home. Meanwhile, the Blink Mini is reduced by 14%, offering a 1080P HD indoor plug-in security camera with motion detection and two-way audio to help you keep an eye on your home day and night.
Best October Prime Day Sex Toy Deals
Amazon Prime Day is a great time to invest sex toys — as well as wellness essentials like water-based lube and sex toy cleaner — at a discounted price, to hunker down with when the weather outside is gross. Not least because vibrators, dildos and clitoral stimulators have become welcome mainstays in the nation's self-care routines of late.
Our top pick? The LELO Sona 2 Cruise, a clit vibrator which feels soft against the body and serves intense clitoral vibrations. Sophie Donovan, GLAMOUR's wellness writer, says "It's my go-to clitoral vibrator because of how powerful it is. It uses new-generation sonic wave technology to serve up fast and intense clitoral stimulation. Simply hold it against your body, and it does all the hard work for you.
“It's made from super-soft silicone, which feels lovely against your skin, is 100% waterproof, and boasts an exceptionally long battery life of up to two hours. The only thing to note is that it is quite intense, so beginners should absolutely start on the lowest settings.”
Best October Amazon Perfume Deals
Understanding what it takes to spot a cult scent from a mile off, Amazon has countless discounted fragrances live on its website ahead of Amazon Prime Day. They make excellent gifts for women, gifts for teenage girls and gifts for sister-in-laws.
From OG scents that have been staples on your perfume shelf for time – from the likes of Gucci and Giorgio Armani – to new launches and TikTok favourites. Gucci Bloom is GLAMOUR's top pick – or Emporio Armani Diamonds, which reminds me of my mum – but we'll leave you to decide yours.
Best October Prime Day Clothing Deals
While you may not usually head to Amazon for sartorial investment pieces or occassionwear (summer wedding guest dresses or mother of the bride dresses, for example), for the branded basics of a good capsule casual wardrobe, the retail giant is actually a treasure trove of goodness.
This Amazon Prime Day, we're seeing discounts on Levi's bestselling jeans, New Balance trainers for power-walking to the office, Calvin Klein underwear, Crocs and influencer-approved Adidas trainers. The best part? Our Senior Commerce Writer, Georgia Trodd's, favourite designer-inspired earrings are discounted in the sales. “These were easily my most complimented earrings last summer, they're super lightweight and haven't tarnished at all since I purchased them," she says.

Best October Prime Homeware Deals
Interior aficionados and homeware-sale fans, look alive: Amazon Prime Day is a treasure trove of deals across air fryers, kettles, mattresses, cookware, Shark vacuum cleaners, security cameras, coffee machines, essential oil diffusers and smoothie makers.
Girls who rent will want to make a beeline for the discounted Le Creuset – their salt and pepper mills, pans and mugs will help elevate the aesthetic of even the most tired city kitchens – while those who spend a little more time cooking might want to invest in Ninja's knife block with integrated sharpener.
For air fryers and blenders, Ninja is our go-to – and their products trend on every Amazon Prime Day. It's no surprise: TikTok has aided Ninja airfryers in cementing a cult status, with eager home cooks using them to bake cakes, make bolognese and cook their salmon steaks to perfection. Want in? We don't blame you. The Ninja Speedi 10-in-1 Rapid Cooker is reduced by a whopping 39%, serving up 15-minute meals in one pot.
Let's also chat sleep. It's hot. The nights are getting lighter – and we're seeing deals on ultra comfy duvets, pillows (yep, including pillows for side sleepers), mattress toppers and duvet covers this Prime Day – each serving the chance to elevate your sleep routine in time for the long nights of winter. Silentnight, Simba and Slumberdown, we see you.
Outside of actual bedding, an essential oil diffuser will instil a sense of calm and elevated wellbeing into your space, while a scented candle from the Queens of deep sleep, ThisWorks, will have you drifting off into a world altogether more peaceful.
Good news — we’ve spent the last five years testing sleep bestsellers to uncover which ones are truly worth your money. If you're looking to upgrade your slumber without breaking the bank, Simba has a range of products currently on sale. “Since switching to this pillow, my neck pain has eased, which is something I've struggled with for years. As a side and occasional back sleeper, I needed something that keeps my neck aligned without being too firm or too soft," says Denise.
Slumberdown is also worth a look — their Climate Control Pillows have been a total gamechanger this summer, keeping that ‘cool side of the pillow’ feeling going all night long, according to our interiors writer, Mayola.
What are the top electronics deals on Amazon Prime Day this year?
If you’re tech-savvy and obsessed with investing in the latest in the world of gadgets, you’ll want to focus your attention on Amazon Prime Day tech deals from brands like Samsung, LG and Dolby. In fact, it’s tech which tends to see the very best Amazon deals.
Bring your side hustle to life with some amazing Prime Day laptop deals across the MacBook Air or, if you’re more of a Windows gal, the Acer Aspire 3. Or, elevate your commute with a new pair of Sony WH-1000XM4 Noise Cancelling Headphones at almost half price) – with bluetooth connectivity, epic sound quality and 30 hours of battery life, they’re such a steal.
Back at home, the Amazon Fire TV 50-inch Omni QLED series 4K UHD smart TV is on sale – and it’s flying off the virtual shelves as a result. You can also save on smartwatches, Android smart phones, USB and USB-C chargers, and iPads. Blink and you might miss the bargains.
I’ve trialled countless yoga pants, gym bags and sports bras, I test different pieces of kit almost every time I head out for a run (belts, fitness trackers, running trainers – the lot), and my bathroom cabinet is overrun with health supplements and protein powders that promise everything from more energy to better sleep. They don’t all keep to their word... but some are genuinely game-changing.
The thing is, some are so expensive that I’m unsure who, if not in the industry, is buying them. Enter: these epic Amazon Prime Day fitness deals which can help you save on wellness products by the likes of Reebok for less.
Salomon hydration vests are an absolute must-buy for anyone running long distances, while Free Soul's chocolate flavoured protein blend came out as one of the best vegan protein powders when we were testing for our recent guide. Elsewhere, Air Up water bottles are great for staying hydrated if you get bored of drinking plain water, and High5 Electrolyte tablets are all the rage on TikTok. Whether they're actually needed, though, if you're drinking enough water anyway? The jury is still out.
Amazon Prime Day 2025 is officially live! The sale kicked off at 12:01 AM on October 7th and runs through until midnight tonight (October 8th). That means you’ve got less than 24 hours to shop the best Prime Day deals.
ICYMI, Amazon Prime Day is Amazon's biggest sale of the year and their flagship shopping event. It started back in 2015 to celebrate Amazon's 20th anniversary, and the tradition has continued ever since. Much to our delight. It's a chance to nab savings across all categories — whether you're looking for beauty essentials, new tech products, or great gifts.
For most deals, you need to be an Amazon Prime member to take part in the perk that is Amazon Big Deal Days – or at least be on a 30-day trial. So bag yourself an Amazon Prime Membership pronto if you haven’t already. Signing up to Amazon Prime membership allows you to benefit from next-day delivery when you hit pan on your favourite face serum, over 800,000 free e-books, access to Prime Video, Amazon Music and more.
Yes! Amazon Prime Day deals are constantly changing, with new discounts and limited-time offers dropping throughout the event. Many deals are time-sensitive or available in limited quantities, meaning what’s on sale one day might be gone the next. Lightning Deals and daily offers keep things fresh, so it’s worth bookmarking our guide and checking back regularly to snag the best deals before they sell out.
Prime membership costs £8.99 a month or £89 for a year to pay up-front, and you can sign up super quickly. As mentioned, you can also sign up to a 30-day free trial using a unique email address, enabling you to benefit from Prime Day deals without paying.
Impulse shopping is not allowed round these parts, so before diving head first into the Amazon Prime Day deals event, plan out your purchases. Downloading the Amazon Prime app is handy – either on iPhone, MacBook or desktop – as it sends you live notifications to keep you on track. Plus, you can save your favourite products to monitor deals.
This comes down to how much use you get out of the products that you buy. If you buy a Roomba vacuum then pay for a cleaner and never once turn it on, then no, Amazon Prime Day is certainly not worth your time.
That said, if you only partake in a couple of purchases of products you need to top-up, and those you've been after for a long time, the £8.99 monthly fee makes the savings worthwhile. You'll generally find the best savings on higher ticket products like laptops, TVs and Amazon devices.
In case you've been living under a rock for the past couple of years, we can generally categorise the “biggest shopping events” of the year into two: Amazon Prime Day and Black Friday. Black Friday is, arguably, more famous – not least because of the swarms of physical shoppers it attracts to the high street – and it encompasses a plethora of stores as opposed to just one. But that doesn't mean the deals are necessarily any better.
When comparing apples to apples (a Ninja Air Fryer with another Ninja Air Fryer, for example), there isn't too much difference in terms of size and quality of deals.
Among GLAMOUR readers, the most-ordered products on Prime Day 2024 were the Garnier Micellar Cleansing Water, the Bed Head by TIGI Recovery Shampoo and Conditioner set, and the Maybelline New York Lash Sensational Sky High Mascara. The best news? All of these products are on sale for Amazon Prime Day 2025.
