As a shopping writer who has been covering APD for five years, I can confirm that today, the third day of the four-day event (yep, two more days than usual), is full to the brim with genuinely exciting fashion sales. Think: JW PEI, Levi's, Calvin Klein, Michael Kors and more.

When is Amazon Prime Day 2025?
The first Amazon Prime Day 2025 (AKA summer Prime Day) officially started on Tuesday 8th July at 00:01 and will run right up until the last second of 23:59 today, the 11th July. There have been sales across all categories on each of the four days, but it's still worth checking in on each of them as there's guaranteed to be flash sales and lightning deals throughout. And you don't want to miss the boat and end up paying more for something later.
Remember, though: you have to be an Amazon Prime member to be eligible for all the limited-time sale event discounts – so sign up ASAP if you haven't already. You can do a 30-day free trial if you don’t want to commit fully.

Best Last-Minute Amazon Prime Day fashion deals and clothing deals
The retail giant isn't particularly known for its designer goods or wedding guest dresses (despite carrying both… yes, really), but it sure does know a thing or two about branded basics for your capsule wardrobe. Adidas Sambas and Crocs have got to be our top fashion picks in the Amazon Prime Day sale. Serving all your seasonal needs for your summer wardrobe stock up, these must-haves were on our wishlist long before whispers of APD deals swung round, so we're over the moon they're now discounted.
That said, although fashion trainers are arguably more fun to buy, especially for shopping editors like me, you'll also thank yourself for investing in a seriously good pair of gym trainers/running shoes. Thankfully, there are plenty – ASICS and Salomon (the best walking shoes) to boot.

Did you know there's such thing as an Amazon handbags sale? Yep; the 'zon carries brands such as Radley, influencer-adored JW Pei, Tommy Hilfiger and more. Their handbags, purses, travel backpacks and weekender bag selection isn't something to turn your nose up at, just browse below if you don't believe us. We recently tested the Antler Essential rucksack and can report it's a firm fave, one of the best laptop backpacks we've tried actually, and it's currently 20% off for APD.

What is Amazon Prime Day and how can I take part?
Amazon Prime Day is Amazon’s flagship shopping event and their biggest sale of the year. It was initially started as a one-day celebration of Amazon’s 20th anniversary, but it has grown up of late and is now a huge two-day shopping event (though, this time it's four). It's probably bigger than – or at least on par with – Black Friday and Cyber Monday.
This year, Amazon is delivering millions of great deals across every product category from Amazon Prime Day beauty deals to home, fitness and tech/gadgets (hello new laptops, Ninja air fryers, Oral-B electric toothbrushes and Samsung and Sony smart TVs), for Amazon Prime members only. Yep, you have to have signed up for an Amazon Prime membership – or at least be on a free 30-day trial – to take part in the Prime Day discounts, but you'll get access to things like lightning deals on Alexas, Audible, Kindles and other Amazon devices (like Ring doorbells), plus lots of non-Amazon branded items.
Membership costs £8.99 a month or £95 per year, and signing up will make you eligible for other benefits past Amazon Prime Day. Think; handy same-day delivery when you've hit pan on your favourite skincare, desperately need the latest Apple product (noise-cancelling Apple AirPods, anyone?), or want the ability to browse and snag thousands of Amazon essentials with access to over 800,000 free e-books, Prime Video and Amazon Music services.
