1. The Otty returns policy varies, depending on the product. You have 100 trial nights for mattresses, while other items provide 30 days.

2. You can return small items by taking them to the post office or a parcel collection point. Be sure to include your order details in the parcel and get proof of postage. You’ll need to pay for return postage.

3. For larger items, the store will arrange the collection for you. Although the first collection is free, there is a charge for any subsequent collections.

4. Refunds are normally processed within 14 days.
