Do I get any discounts through the Garden Trading app?

Garden Trading hasn’t yet released an app, although we hope we see one soon. 

What is the Garden Trading returns policy?

1. You have 15 days from when you receive the goods to return them for a full refund. Please include the original packaging, the returns slip filled out, and all items in the same condition as when they arrived. 

2. Send your parcel to the returns address on the website.

3. You must cover the cost of sending your item(s) back. In the case of faulty or damaged goods, please contact them directly within 14 days, including an image of the product.

4. We recommend keeping proof of postage and opting for tracked returns where possible.

Can I get next day delivery at Garden Trading?

Unfortunately, Garden Trading does not offer next day delivery. With standard delivery, you should receive your order within 3 to 5 working days for an additional charge of £6. For added convenience, customers can also choose to have their order delivered at a specific time in the future (up to 14 days) for an additional fee of £10.

Is there a Garden Trading price match policy?

Garden Trading doesn’t currently offer a price match policy. However, you can still secure a great price by using one of our Garden Trading discount codes.
