What is the Tempur returns policy?

1. The company returns policy allows 14 days for returns, starting the day after you receive your order. You can visit the website for an Online Return Request Form to notify the store; you will receive a unique return number and information on how to proceed with the return.

2. If you have purchased a mattress as part of the 100 Night Trial period or a pillow as part of the 30 Night Trial period, this will extend your return time to the extent of the trial period. You must complete a return form before midnight on the final day of the trial period.

3. If your product arrives damaged, faulty or is an incorrect order, you can notify the customer service team at customerservice@tempur.co.uk.

4. The return delivery cost may be deducted from your final refund.

Can I get next day delivery at Tempur?

UK standard delivery of 3 to 5 working days is available for smaller products like pillows, accessories, and bedding. For larger products such as mattresses, toppers and sofa beds, expect 14 to 28 days for delivery. There is currently no next day delivery option, but delivery is free on all items, which is a great extra saving, as it previously cost £9 for small products and £60 for large products.
