Returns

1. OKA accept returns up to 30 days after purchase and offers a 6-month repair, replacement or exchange on faulty items.

2. Pack unused items in the original packaging with tamper seals in place.

3. Use the Parcelforce returns label that came with your order to make the return. Make sure to keep the detachable/customer part of the returns label for reference.

4. Drop your return off at your local Post Office. Once the return arrives back with OKA, you’ll get your refund within 10 working days.

Next Day Delivery

OKA next-day delivery is available for £15, as long as you place your order before 2 pm and your order size is eligible. Standard delivery for ‘light’ items is £7.50 and will take up to 5 working days, while ‘fragile’ and ‘heavy’ items will take up to 10 working days and cost £30 and £60 respectively. If you need your order faster, choose Click and Collect at checkout and select your nearest store for pick-up.
