What is the ASOS returns policy?

1. If you want to return an item, make sure it’s on the way or available for collection before 28 days from the dispatch date.

2. Create a return request online and select the nearest drop-off point. They will then send you a QR code to attach to the item before delivering it to the drop-off point.

3. All returns are free, and when you have the QR code, you can use Collect+ or Royal Mail to send it to ASOS.

4. If the product doesn’t have the original packaging, ensure you seal it well!

Can I get an ASOS Next Day Delivery?

Yes, you can get next day delivery at ASOS for just £5.95 per order. However, if you find yourself constantly updating your wardrobe with another ASOS order, you may want to consider an ASOS Premier subscription.
