Redeeming your discount code

The Range discount and promo codes are very easy to redeem if you follow these steps:

1. Choose the best The Range discount code for your needs and copy it to your clipboard.

2. Add the products you want to buy to your online shopping basket on The Range’s website.

3. Click the tab marked “Proceed to checkout”.

4. Fill out your personal details, including your email address.

5. Paste your voucher code into the discount box.

6. Proceed to payment.

Questions to ask if your The Range voucher code isn't working:

Subscribing to a newsletter

The Range uses its newsletter to flag forthcoming promotions and discounts. It also sometimes includes subscriber-specific promotions, making signing up an excellent money-saving tip.

Gift cards

Gift cards at The Range can only be bought and used in a store. They are not available through the website and cannot be used to purchase goods online. This includes any gift card won through signing up for the retailer’s newsletter.

App discounts

The Range’s app is a good way of staying up to date with all the latest deals. It’s also a useful way of logging and saving your favourite products. App users might also occasionally benefit from special discounts and one-off promotion events.

Additional helpful information

Returns

1. You can return unused items within 28 days of purchase. Faulty items and anything damaged in transit can also be returned.

2. To make a return to The Range or one of its online partners, first log in to your online account.

3. Once logged in to your online account, contact The Range's customer care team, who will authorise the return.

4. Once you have confirmation that your return has been authorised, pack up your parcel securely. Ideally, pack it in its original packaging.

5. Label the parcel with the returns label included in your original package. If you no longer have this label, ensure your parcel is clearly addressed to the address given on the website. You should also include a label with your order number and name.

6. Drop your parcel at the Post Office.

7. Make sure you get proof of postage and hold on to it until you have confirmation that your return has been processed.

8. You can expect your refund between 3 and 5 days after your return is processed. Refunds are made via the same payment method used for the purchase.

The Range next-day delivery

Most UK deliveries from The Range take between 3 and 5 days. However, you can choose to pay a surcharge for express or nominated day delivery, which may include next-day delivery.
