Returns

1. If you wish to return an item, please contact Freemans within 14 days or 28 days for in-store purchases. You cannot return the items after the period elapses.

2. The products must be unused and clean with tags attached and returned in their original packaging. Items like swimwear should still have their hygiene strips. We don’t accept back hygiene fashion items like underwear or face coverings.

3. You must have the original receipt or dispatch confirmation email as proof of purchase. Just follow the simple process on the website to get your returns label and post them to Freemans.

4. Fill out the returns note, and return your items to your Freemans outlet. You can also return using Collect+ services for free returns within the UK or also use parcel collections services.

Price match policy

Unfortunately, Freemans doesn’t have a price match policy currently. Watch out for this to change in the future, though!
