1. For flights and hotels, remember that refunds are down to the discretion of the airline or hotel you booked for, which can vary depending on price and the policy. Often, low-cost airlines don’t offer refunds at all.

2. eDreams adds a €25 administration fee for cancellations, on top of the airline’s own fee. This varies depending on whether or not you selected a flight with free cancellation during the booking process.

3. To cancel your flight, eDreams offers an online portal to make the process smoother. 

4. Simply login to Manage My Booking using your booking reference number and email address, or contact the eDreams team as soon as possible.

Can I get next day delivery at eDreams?

There is no need for next day delivery at eDreams. Once your flight or hotel booking is made, you will receive a confirmation directly to the email address that you provided.

Is there a eDreams price match policy?

The eDreams Price Guarantee offers you the chance to obtain a refund of the difference when you find another flight offer within 24 hours of booking. The flight must meet several criteria, including the same marketing and operating airline, same airports and connection points, same travel dates and times and more. Several specific airlines, such as Ryanair and easyJet, are not eligible.
