Welcome back to our chaotic reality TV soulmate: MAFS Australia.

It’s like the unhinged older sister of our homegrown Married At First Sight UK — louder, messier and completely unafraid to set multiple emotional fires at once. 18 singles will emerge into 9 couples, meeting at the altar for the very first time.

Down Under, season 13 of MAFS Australia kicked off on Monday, 2 February, but we’ve been impatiently waiting for it to arrive in the UK, and now the wait is over.

Please rise for the bride, because we’re heading to the altar!

We've also created a MAFS Australia episode schedule, based on previous seasons, to ensure you don't miss a single moment of this drama-packed delight.

What days is MAFS Australia on?

This is still to be confirmed once the new season officially lands, but it’ll likely follow last year’s rota — airing on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday evenings. Which means, naturally, all social plans should be rearranged for Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays to avoid any clashes.

There are no new episodes on Fridays or over the weekend, meaning we’ll probably spend Saturdays and Sundays on tenterhooks for the foreseeable future.

A small price to pay for television this outrageously good, though… right?

What time is MAFS Australia on?

As of Monday, 9 March, it’s back to its usual 7:30pm slot. Translation: we can all stop bombarding our WhatsApp group every evening with, “What time is MAFS Australia on tonight?”

And before you go ahead and cancel all your evening plans for the foreseeable future, here’s a handy reminder: if you miss the 7:30 pm start on E4, you can always catch up via Channel 4’s on-demand streaming service, which houses every episode after it airs. We know, it’s nothing new for E4 shows, but sometimes a friendly nudge is all we need!

How long is MAFS Australia on for?

E4 haven’t confirmed exactly how long series 13 of MAFS Australia will run, but if we go by previous seasons, we can probably expect 36–38 episodes, which translates to a blissful nine weeks of viewing pleasure.

Coincidentally, that’s roughly the same length as the average honeymoon period… and honestly, who wouldn’t want that kind of romance on tap every evening?
