When you walk down the aisle and exchange vows, you kind of hope that’s the end of it — no more dating apps, no more awkward first dates. Even if those vows are exchanged with a complete stranger. But alas, as MAFS UK couples so often discover, that’s not always how it pans out. Following a relatively unsuccessful (but undeniably entertaining) season, many participants ended up divorcing their supposed soulmates.
Enter: second-chance romance. We’re diving into all the new relationships keeping MAFS UK stars busy after the experiment. They kissed their (very attractive) frogs, and now they’re swooning over footballers, soft-launching romances at spas, and indulging in the age-old tradition of getting back with an ex.
Spoilers ahead, obviously, as we dig into the question on everyone’s lips: who are the MAFS UK stars of 2025 dating now? Okay, maybe it’s not that age-old — but we still need answers.

We briefly considered listing all the MAFS UK couples still together — before realising that would amount to… exactly one. Yep, Abigail and John are the only MAFS UK 2025 couple still rocking their wedding rings. The other 11 couples called it quits either during the experiment or shortly after, with various scandals setting the internet alight — including the now-infamous GrindrGate.

Who are the MAFS UK 2025 couples dating now?
These two are the epitome of that iconic Tyra Banks meme: “I was rooting for you! We were all rooting for you!” Because Davide and Keye, we truly were all rooting for you.
The couple started strong, with instant chemistry and undeniable attraction, and spent the show working on Keye lowering his guard and showing a more vulnerable side. They ended the series looking solid — only for a bombshell to hit social media weeks later.
Both grooms confirmed that Keye had been discovered using the dating app Grindr, immediately bringing their relationship to an end.
Davide
Social media sleuths think Davide has soft-launched a new beau. He shared a recent spa visit with the caption: “fall in love again and again.” At first, he appears alone — until the very end, where he’s seen embracing an unidentified man, adding: “I was in need to hit pause and reboot the system at @titanic_spa.”
Suspicious? Davide added a cheeky nod to prove it wasn’t all in our heads: “And um… if you clocked the end of the video… no you didn’t.”
Fans flooded the comments with support, including fellow MAFS UK bestie Leigh, who wrote: “AHHHHHH SCREAMING CRYING.”
But it seems his ex wasn’t quite so supportive. Keye left a comment on one fan’s video: “And finding him conveniently two weeks after we broke up I love it personally.”
Keye
Given his reaction to the news, it’s safe to assume Keye isn’t dating anyone new just yet. We’ll be keeping our eyes peeled.
This couple also started strong, enjoying a genuinely delightful wedding and honeymoon period. But when the honeymoon ended… oh, it ended. Nelly broke a rib and was disappointed that Steven wasn’t there to support her, as he was dealing with family issues and decompressing in the pub.
From there, things only went downhill: rumours of Steven having an affair during partner swap week and accusations of him being on dating apps surfaced. Unsurprisingly, it didn’t last.
Steven
On the same day Steven exited MAFS with Nelly, he was posting on Instagram about a new girlfriend. The pic? Drinks on a date. Naturally, the keen-eyed sleuths got to work and identified the woman, made easier by the fact she had posted the exact same photo with the caption: “Date night.” Her name is Kelsey, she has three children, and details beyond that are still under wraps.
Nelly
Alright, we have to preface this with a disclaimer: pure speculation here, but we’re just reporting what we see. It’s no surprise that Nelly and Steven’s relationship is over, but it seems she isn’t quite ready to leave the family behind. Rumours are swirling that she’s allegedly dating… his brother. Yes, we know, it sounds insane. The ‘evidence’? Steven’s brother Marcus has shared a string of very cosy photos with Nelly — and then promptly made his Instagram private. Of course, they could just be friends… but still.
Now, let’s turn our attention to a couple who didn’t start strong but still made it pretty far: Ashley and Grace. The pair clashed over values, as Grace’s feminist ideals were important to her, while Ashley leaned more traditional. Despite this, they worked hard to find common ground and strike a balance between them.
In the end, however, their differences proved too great, and they agreed to split ahead of the final commitment ceremony.
Ashley
We seem to be in a crossover episode, as evidence suggests Ashley may have played a real-life Wife Swap — and is now allegedly dating… April. Yes, April from the very same season. She lives in Weymouth; Ashley lives in Bridgend. That’s awfully close.
More recently, Ashley shared pictures with April, tagging her and writing: “I genuinely forgot how fun you are to be around 🫶🏼.”
He’s also posted pictures with Sarah on Instagram, but specifically called her a ‘friend.’ Rumours have been reignited with 2024 MAFS bride Hannah Norburn, keeping fans guessing about his love life.
Grace
After facing a lot of vitriol following the show, Grace has largely kept her dating life under wraps — or perhaps just taken a step back. However, a day after photos of Hannah and Ashley surfaced online, she posted a cheeky TikTok about absent fathers, which many believe was a pointed dig at her ex-husband, who has one child.

Let’s jump ahead to one of the later couples, who have also been caught up in the Ashley dating rumours. April and Leo seemed like the ultimate case of soulmates. If we were experts, we’d have been popping champagne as they got to know each other. But the bubble quickly deflated: April felt Leo was too quiet, didn’t ask enough questions, and wouldn’t go deeper with her emotionally. Ultimately, they chose to leave the experiment at the final commitment ceremony.
April
As mentioned, April has been linked to fellow contestant Ashley. During the show, when the cast were asked who they fancied outside their marriage or who they’d like to be coupled with aside from their partner, April and Ashley consistently chose each other.
However, in a conversation with fellow MAFS stars Abi and Leisha for Cosmopolitan, April set the record straight: “Me and Ashley are not dating, we've never dated.”
She added: “We're really good friends, we obviously got on in the experiment really well, and then leaving the experiment and stuff like that, Ashley's just like that with everyone — he's friendly with everyone.”
April continued on their dynamic: “Yeah, there isn't anything going on romantically, it's genuinely just friendship. Like it was in the experiment, there's never been anything romantic in that sense. As much as I know it looks like it!”
But in the same interview, she did let it slip that Season 8 husband Georges Berthonneau had supposedly slid into her DMs…
Leo
Hotdog Sanchez is technically single, for now.
Described by the experts as the hottest couple on the show — what a flex — but attraction alone wasn’t enough for these two. Julia-Ruth’s doubts began early in the honeymoon, worried that Divarni was a little too serious for her. At dinner parties, they reported differing versions of events to fellow contestants, and he often shut down during arguments.
Things took a turn for the worse when fellow groom Bailey told Divarni that Julia-Ruth had admitted she didn’t fancy him: “She said to the girls that she doesn’t think you’re her type. She said she doesn’t think you’ll ever be her type.” Yikes.
The couple finally called it quits during the fifth commitment ceremony.
Divarni
Despite his marriage not working out, it seems Divarni is enjoying the reality sphere, as his new ‘friend’ is no stranger to the screen. He’s been spotted cosying up to Made in Chelsea star Paris Smith. The pair attended a film premiere together, and naturally, the people want answers — yes, that’s us.
Divarni claimed they’d just met at the event, though he was also spotted on Hinge before the show had even finished airing. Bit of a spoiler.
Julia-Ruth
Let's dig in.
Julia-Ruth and Steven had plans to grab a drink together, but cancelled following the explosive reunion episode.
Since then, Julia-Ruth has gone on holiday and even got matching tattoos with fellow groom Joe, who abruptly quit the show and didn’t return. The pair confirmed it was romantic, but Julia-Ruth claims she was then ghosted.
She’s also recently teased the possibility of appearing on Celebs Go Dating. She's keeping busy!
Two blondes walk into a marriage and leave divorced. Leigh and Leah seemed to have so much potential — and not just because their names are already a couple name. They couldn't quite find that intimacy, and Leah worried Leigh didn't fancy her, as she usually went for mascs. Then Leigh felt betrayed several times by Leah's comments about other women and flirty behaviour.
Ultimately, the two called it quits, with Leigh saying 'a true loving relationship shouldn't take this much effort and force' and choosing to end their marriage.
Leigh
Rumours — and The Sun — have reported that Leigh was secretly messaging her ex-girlfriend L'Wren throughout her marriage to Leah.
Leigh has denied the claims, writing on Instagram: “Secondly, regarding the rumours about me being in a secret relationship during the experiment, this is categorically not true. I was not aware of any of the conversations shown in the screenshots circulating. All I can do is tell my truth, which is that I was single prior to the experiment and was not romantically involved with anybody else during.”
Leah
Let’s talk about a true hard launch, as Leah has shared her new girlie with fans! She’s now dating footballer Maz Pacheco. During an interview with Cosmopolitan UK, Leah revealed that the pair had known each other for years but reconnected on a night out that took place during the experiment.
At one point during the experiment, Leigh was upset about someone she thought Leah was flirting with on that same night out.
Leah clarified that while the woman in question was Maz, nothing happened between them until she left the experiment and got her phone back, where she spotted a DM from the footballer.
Leigh later took to her Instagram Stories to respond to the revelation, confirming she knew more was happening than initially believed.
Rebecca made it clear she was looking for an ‘alpha male’ and initially doubted whether Bailey could offer that. However, the pair soon fell head over heels, and after just two weeks, Bailey told Rebecca he loved her. Rebecca and Bailey briefly seemed like the strongest couple. Things hit a bump when Rebecca confessed she had a secret crush on Joe, another groom on the show.
Despite making it to the end of the experiment, the couple decided to split in July. Rebecca later clarified that it was Bailey who made the decision to end the relationship.
Bailey
Bailey hasn’t found love elsewhere since leaving MAFS, though there was a brief flurry of speculation that he and Rebecca might have tried again. With recent developments, it seems that’s definitely not the case, pals.
Rebecca
Despite telling Cosmopolitan: “Right now, no men are on the scene — whatsoever!” she’s clearly had a change of tune.
When a follower asked if she was finding it ‘tough being single’ after her breakup from Bailey, Rebecca replied: “I’m not single."
The 33-year-old added that she plans to reveal her new man very soon, sharing a bunch of flowers from her ‘new love’ and writing: “Anytime my vase is empty, it’s quickly filled up again.”
It’ll come as no great shock that these two split by the end of the show. Right from the wedding, things were rocky — Dean performed a rap, Sarah got the ick, and the rest is history. The pair genuinely tried, but couldn’t find intimacy.
Eventually, the experts had to step in: after Sarah and Dean both wrote ‘stay’ during a couch session, they were advised to call it quits.
Thankfully, the pair still seem to be on good terms!
Dean
Single for now, though the internet agrees he’s a catch. At the moment, he’s focusing on himself, sharing his daily runs and gym sessions online.
Sarah
Sarah seems to be steering clear of romance for now, telling her Instagram followers that she’s not currently dating anyone noteworthy. Fans, however, reckon it’s only a matter of time before she and Joe give things a go — after all, he’s exactly the type she described.
The first couple to leave the experiment, Paul and Anita departed after just two couch sessions. Anita wasn't pleased with Paul's pace, and he felt rushed by her.
Paul
No word on his love life, though we expect he’s taking things slow. He did post an Instagram of himself golfing with the caption: “Closest I'll ever get to getting a bird(ie).” Safe to say, he’s currently single.
Anita
Honestly, we doubt Anita has the time to date. She's busy skydiving, motorbiking, jetskiing and more.
Initially, this pair didn’t seem like they’d hit it off, given their very contrasting personalities. But soon enough, they were exchanging declarations of love and cuddling relentlessly.
Things took a sharp turn when Joe’s grandfather passed away, sparking arguments between the couple. Doubts also arose over the challenges of their different locations. Despite making up, Joe ultimately chose to leave the experiment, and the pair didn’t appear to reconcile.
Maeve
It seems Maeve has put love on the back burner for now, focusing instead on her career. She’s been sharing updates on new milestones and qualifications she’s achieved.
Joe
Well, cheeky Joe was off on holibobs with Julia-Ruth and even got matching tattoos. However, upon returning, he supposedly ghosted her.
Appearing on The Tom Talks podcast, he explained: “It wouldn’t have been right to pursue anything with her in terms of something serious. The important thing is we were both single, we’d finished our marriages, we were done, and it was after the show.”
And last, but not least, we reach Leisha and Reiss, another latecomer couple. Leisha's strong personality daunted Reiss, and she struggled whenever he would pull away. After a big blow up on their honeymoon, they started to find their pace… until a bit of turbulence. Reiss later told the other grooms that she got drunk on the flight home and was sick, before flirting with another guy.
They made it to the end, but the pair called it quits just weeks after filming their heartfelt final vows.
Leisha
Soon enough, Leisha was spotted sharing a cheeky snog with Love Island’s Jack Fincham at a Christmas festival.
Reiss
Before the show, Reiss was in a relationship with The Only Way Is Essex star Dani Imbert. He’s confirmed that shortly after their split, the pair reconnected. There were also rumours linking him to Ex on the Beach.
