Pamela Anderson has arrived at the Met Gala 2025 with a bold new look. And – to paraphrase Ayo Edebiri – we're simply too seated.
It's that time again. It's the first month of May – and that means: Met Gala. Under the theme "Superfine: Tailoring Black Style", the stars came together for the Met Gala 2025 at the Metropolitan Museum of Art in New York. And one in particular caught our attention: Pamela Anderson.
On this year's red carpet, which is actually blue, the 57-year-old appeared with a new hairstyle. In fact, she's undergone a complete hairstyle change, swapping her sweeping lengths for a micro bob and baby bangs.
Granted, when you think of Pamela Anderson, you probably think of her long blonde hair. And she's barely changed her signature hairstyle in recent years – sometimes with curtain bangs, sometimes with layers. So it's all the more surprising that The Last Showgirl star is appearing at the Met Gala 2025 today with a completely new hairstyle.
She sported a chin-length bob and neatly cut micro bangs halfway down her forehead. Her bob was blow-dried outwards with a subtle "flip" to match the "Superfine" theme. Pamela Anderson seamlessly picks up on two of the biggest hairstyle trends of 2025: the flipped bob and micro bangs. We love to see it!
From her short hair to her make-up-free beauty and the silver dress by Tory Burch, Pamela's entire look is reminiscent of the French resistance fighter Joan of Arc. The young woman, who fought and lived in "men's clothing" in the Middle Ages, is still symbolic of female empowerment today. The silhouette of the heavy gown clings to her like armour and fixes her confident posture.
