Do I get any discounts through the UGG app?

There doesn’t seem to be an UGG app at this time, but we’re keeping an eye out for one to appear. 

What is the UGG returns policy?

1. If you're not happy with your UGG purchase, you have 30 days to return your items for a refund.

2. Start your return through the online returns portal.

3. Make sure your items are packed well into the original branded packaging, in an unused and undamaged condition. Drop your parcel off with DPD or Royal Mail. 

4. Ensure that you receive a delivery receipt for proof of return. Opt for tracked delivery where possible. 

5. Keep your proof of postage until you receive confirmation that the refund has been successfully processed. The company cannot be held responsible for the loss of an untracked item.

6. Once the return is confirmed, you should receive your refund within 20 days.

7. Please refer to your order confirmation email or account for full details of the returns policy specific to your item.

8. Please note that online orders must be returned via the online portal and cannot be returned to a store. 

Can I get next day delivery at UGG?

 UGG offers Next Day Delivery for just £5.95 on all orders finalised before 5 pm. Next day delivery is via DPD, and you no longer have to be at home to sign for your delivery.

Is there a UGG price match policy?

Unfortunately, UGG cannot offer price matching with other retail outlets or online deals. Instead, find the best price with one of our UGG promo codes.
