What is the Crocs returns policy?

1. You must have purchased at the official Crocs online store (www.crocs.co.uk).

2. When sending back the Items, they must be unworn and in their original condition.

3. To qualify for a refund, you must return your unwanted items within 90 days of delivery.

4. Use your pre-paid return label - all orders sent to a valid UK address will receive one with every order.

5. Please allow two weeks for refunds to be processed. The refund will be returned to the card/account used to place the order.

6. It is worth noting that products created for collaborations or special events can only be returned no later than 14 days after receipt of the product.
