Yes! You can purchase a gift card if you’d like a gift from Clarks, but aren’t sure which item to go with. Choose any amount between £5 and £200 and pick between a physical gift card that arrives in the post or an e-gift card that arrives directly to the recipient’s inbox. Bear in mind that at the moment, Clarks gift cards can only be used in-store and cannot be redeemed on the Clarks website or in partner stores.

Do I get any discounts through the Clarks app?

What is the Clarks returns policy?

1. You can enjoy returns on any unworn or unused items from Clarks. Bear in mind that you will need to return items in their original packaging with a receipt or delivery documents for proof of purchase.

2. Go to the Clarks online returns portal and enter your order number and delivery or billing postcode.

3. Select the items you wish to return, whether you want a refund or exchange and include your reason for return.

4. Select your preferred shipping method and complete the required information.

5. Once Clarks have received your items, they will dispatch your exchange order or issue a refund - this may take five to 10 days. 

Can I get next-day delivery at Clarks?

Yes! You can get next-day delivery from Clarks if you place your order before 7 p.m. Deliveries are made seven days a week, from Monday to Friday and are guaranteed except on bank holidays. When you select next-day delivery, you’ll have to pay a small charge of £6.95. Keep in mind that deliveries to Northern Ireland and very remote areas such as the Highlands will take a bit longer, around two to three days.

Is there a Clarks price match policy?

No, Clarks doesn’t offer a price match policy at the moment. But don’t worry, you can always save money with one of our Clarks vouchers.
