What is the New Balance returns policy?

1. You have up to 30 days after receiving your New Balance order to return the product completely free. 

2. Simply pack the item in its original packaging to ensure the contents are protected. The tags should be attached, and the item completely unworn and undamaged.

3. Attach the prepaid postage label to the parcel and either schedule a collection with UPS or drop off the parcel at the nearest UPS collection point.

4. You should allow up to 10 days for the refund to be processed.

Can I get next-day delivery at New Balance?

New Balance offers an Express delivery of 1 to 2 working days at £14.50 per order. You can also get free standard delivery on orders over £100.
