What is the FitFlop returns policy?

1. FitFlop returns policy allows returns up to 28 days after the product has been delivered. The store doesn’t accept liability for returned goods that they don’t receive or that are damaged during their return.

2. Except for faulty items, the returned item must be in original and saleable condition.

3. Your refund will take up to 10 business days to process, but it may be longer during sale periods. The original delivery cost will also be refunded if the order is returned, up to the value of £3.95.

4. You can find the returns label on the dispatch note with your product. Complete the slip and stick it to the outer packaging before the return.

Can I get next day delivery at FitFlop?

Yes, FitFlop offers next day delivery for £5.95. The order must be placed on the website from Monday to Friday before 4.30 pm to guarantee delivery on the next working day. This option excludes weekends and UK bank holidays. Standard delivery at FitFlop is available for £3.95. If you’d prefer to choose a convenient collection point and pick up your order, you can select DPD Click & Collect for £5.95. If you place your order via the company’s Contact Centre before 4:30 pm Monday to Friday - it’ll be ready to collect on the next working day.
