Returns
The Cotswold Company products can be returned within 30 days of their purchase date. Returns can be executed online via the My Account section in your online profile. Select the relevant order and click the 'Raise a return' button. If you do not have an account that is set up prior to the return, contact customer service for assistance.
Delivery
Homeware & smaller item delivery costs £5, and is delivered within 7 working days, Monday–Friday, 7 am–9 pm. Named day delivery sits at £9, and includes next-day delivery if that's your preference. You'll also receive a specific timeslot by the morning of delivery, so you can plan your delivery with ease. Small furniture and large homeware delivery is £15 for standard delivery, and £25 for named day delivery.
Price match policy
You must be an Explore More member and make a claim within 7 days of your purchase.
All the price match transactions are carried out at the discretion of Outdoor and Cycle Limited.
Price match excludes services, gift vouchers, and purchases made using discount codes.
