What is the Shark returns policy?

1. Shark offers free returns for main units. You can arrange a return via your account on the website if you take the product to your nearest DPD pick-up shop. Original packaging is not necessary, but the item must be accompanied by a returns label.

2. You can arrange for your item to be collected directly, but this will incur a £15 collection fee.

3. Refunds can take up to 10 working days to appear in your account.

4. Returns for other parts and accessories must be carried out at the customer’s own expense.

Can I get next day delivery at Shark?

You’re eligible for next day delivery, 7 days a week with Shark provided you order before 8pm. Delivery is free. This service applies to main units only, not accessories or other parts.

Is there a Shark price match policy?

Shark promises a price match if you find a product on any approved retailer’s website for less. You can only price match within 30 days of purchase, the product must be identical, and the price must include delivery. The competing retailers are Amazon, Argos, Currys, John Lewis, AO, Very and Littlewoods.
