What is the Prezzybox returns policy?

1. You can return any unwanted items in store or online, so long as they are unopened, within 30 days of your purchase date.

2. If your Prezzybox store has closed down - you can return your unwanted items to any Menkind store. 

3. You cannot access a refund for personalised items or unwanted food, or perishable items.

4. If an item is faulty, you’ll need to access the customer service team via the  ‘contact page’ on the website. Faulty items bought online cannot be returned to a store. 

Can I get next day delivery at Prezzybox?

You can take advantage of guaranteed next day delivery with Prezzybox for £6.99 - just make sure you order by 7pm, Sunday to Friday. If you order on Saturday using the Guaranteed Next Day Delivery service, your order will arrive the following Monday. Please note, this service is only available for UK mainland addresses. If you’re not rushing to receive your purchases, you can access free standard delivery if your order totals £50 or more.

Is there a Prezzybox price match policy?

Prezzybox operates a ‘Lowest Price Guarantee’ - so if you find a product cheaper on another UK website within 7 days of your purchase, they will refund the price difference. All you need to do is send your original order number, details of the website with the lower-priced item and the product name to the Prezzybox team. They will then verify the price and issue a refund for the difference.
