Can I get gift cards at English Heritage?

Yes! You can buy a membership as a gift directly from the website. Your recipient will receive a ‘Gift of membership’ letter with details about the kind of membership you’ve gifted and how to activate your membership. Annual membership will start from the day it’s activated. The membership letter will be sent within 10 days of placing your order, but if you need it sooner, you can download and print it directly after purchase. 

Do I get any discounts through the English Heritage app?

There aren’t any discounts or offers available on the English Heritage app at this time. However, you can save money on days out or in the online store with our selection of English Heritage promo codes. 

What is the English Heritage returns policy?

If returning an item from the online shop, you can get in touch with the English Heritage customer service team or use the site’s online returns portal.

1. All unwanted items must be returned in their original condition within 30 days of purchase.

2. The company will fully refund any unwanted faulty or broken items (including shipping costs). If your item is not damaged and simply ‘no longer required’, you’ll only receive a refund on the cost of the item, not the return shipping costs.

3. Not all items can be returned - go to the ‘Delivery & Returns’ page on the website to check the list of items that are not accepted.

4. Once your return is confirmed and processed, you should receive your refund within 5-10 working days.

Can I get next day delivery at English Heritage?

Yes! If you place an order by 3 pm, you can opt for next-day delivery for a fee of £6.99. This service is available from Monday to Friday, excluding Bank Holidays and weekends. Keep in mind that English Heritage does not guarantee the delivery will arrive the following day. If you have a little more time, you might want to opt for Standard UK Delivery for £4.99 - you should receive your order within 4- working days with this option.
