What is the Beaverbrooks returns policy?

1. You can return any unwanted items within 30 days of purchase.

2. Items must be unworn and returned in their original packaging, along with proof of purchase.

3. Complete the returns form by choosing whether to receive a refund or exchange. 

4. All web returns are free of charge within the UK and Northern Ireland, using with the pre-paid returns label at the bottom of your receipt. Just take your package to your nearest Post Office and ask for proof of postage.

Can I get next-day delivery at Beaverbrooks?

Yes! Next-day delivery is available seven days a week when you shop at Beaverbrooks. This service is free on orders over £75. For any order under £75, you’ll have to pay a small fee of £5.95. Make sure to place your order by 8 pm Monday to Friday to receive your order the following day or before 7 pm on Saturday and Sunday. If next-day delivery isn’t available on your order, the items you’ve selected may not be eligible for this service. 

Is there a Beaverbrooks price match policy?

Yes, there is. If you find items at a lower price at another retailer, Beaverbrooks will match it. Bear in mind that the item must be identical, the retailer must be an authorised stockist and have a physical store in the UK - the price match policy isn’t available for online-only retailers. You can use the price match policy at the time of purchase or up to seven days after purchase.
