Returns Policy

• Inform Glamour that you wish to return items purchased online within 14 days and 28 days for in-store purchases. You cannot return the items when the period lapses.

• Ensure the goods come in original packaging when returning them. Also, ensure any swimwear has its hygiene strip intact. The goods must be clean, unworn, and undamaged, with tags attached. Hygiene fashion items like underwear and face coverings aren't eligible for returns.

• You must have your dispatch confirmation email or the original receipt as proof of purchase. Go to the returns portal, get your returns label, and post it to Glamour.

• Fill out the returns note, or you can also return the items to a Glamour shop. You can also use parcel collections or Collect+ services for free returns in the UK.

Glamour Next Day Delivery

Glamour is currently offering Next Day Delivery for£6 on delivery fees. Previously, they offered discount codes to waive the Next Day Delivery charges. However, that offer is not currently available. You can still get your order within 2-3 days with standard delivery for free if you spend over £50.00.
