    1. Returns are free for online purchases sent back within 28 days.

    6. If you choose Royal Mail, take the parcel to your nearest Post Office. They will also scan the QR code and print your return label.
    7. Whichever method you choose, make sure you put the returns note (that came with the original order) inside the package.
    8. Returns typically take up to ten days to be processed.
