What is the Flowercard returns policy?

1. Customers can cancel an order within 14 days of receiving the product.

2. Flowercard will reimburse all payments received from you, including the cost of delivery, except for any supplementary costs arising if you choose a delivery option other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by Flowercard.

3. If the loss in value of any goods supplied is due to unnecessary handling by the customer, Flowercard may make a deduction from the reimbursement.

4. You will receive your refund within 14 days of receiving your unwanted goods.

5. To return the product, customers should send back the goods or hand them over to Flowercard without undue delay - and no later than 14 days from the day you communicated your cancellation of the contract.

6. Customers will bear the direct cost of returning the goods.

7. Customers are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling that is not necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.

Can I get next day delivery at Flowercard?

 Yes, Flowercard offers next day delivery through their Tracked 24 Delivery option. Orders placed before 4 pm are eligible for same-day despatch, with 97% of orders arriving the next day. Please note that the date chosen during checkout is the dispatch date, not the delivery date. Customers can also request delivery to an alternate address or safe place after the item has left the warehouse.
