What is the MattressNextDay returns policy?

1. You have flexibility to cancel and return your order. Your order should be unopened and unused, and you have to submit a return request within 14 working days of the day of delivery. 

2. Speak to the customer service team to arrange the return of your item. Remember that any cancellation charges will be deducted from your refund. 

3. If your item is incorrect or damaged on arrival, you can secure an exchange or refund by getting in touch with the Customer Support team with evidence within 24 hours of delivery.

Can I get next day delivery at MattressNextDay?

Delivery is fantastic value, with a flexible service including next day delivery for free, as well as free Saturday/Sunday delivery if you’re only available on the weekends. The cut-off time for next day delivery is 5pm from Monday to Friday, and 3pm on Saturdays. If delivery ends up taking place four or more days away after ordering, a small fee of £5 will be applied.
