What is the Hunter returns policy?

1. If you’re not happy with your purchase, you can return it within 30 days of the date of delivery. The item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. 

2. Start the returns process via the online portal. Remember that you must pay for any delivery costs incurred while returning the item.

3. If your item arrives defective or damaged, contact Hunter so that they can evaluate and address the issue quickly.

4. If your refund is approved, you will receive the refund back to your original payment method within 10 business days.
