What can I do if my code isn’t working?

If your Havens discount code is not working, please check the following:

Do I get any discounts through the Havens app?

Currently, Havens does not have an application that you can download.  But the website is easy to navigate, whether you’re searching by product, brand or collection. 

What is the Havens returns policy?

1. You can easily cancel your order at any time by contacting the customer service team. 

2. In the case that the item is broken or faulty, it will be replaced for free. If this is the case, they might require a photo. You will need to notify them within 3 days of receipt. 

3. For goods, you do not like and want to return, you can do it at your own expense. They must be placed in the original packaging. You will have 28 days to make the return after receiving the items. 

Can I get next day delivery at Havens?

Definitely! Havens does have a next-day delivery service. You will need to place your order before 12pm. Have in mind that orders placed on Thursday after 12pm and Friday before 12:00pm, will be delivered on Monday. The cost of this service is  £9.95. They also have a next day service which will deliver items before midday and has a cost of £25.

Is there a Havens price match policy?

Good news! Havens does have a match policy. If you find the same product at a lower price from an authorized UK supplier, they will match it. To take advantage of this policy, the product must be the same quality and current. Items on outlets, Amazon or eBay are excluded. The offer is not retrospective, it does not apply if the products are dispatched.
