1. Always check your Happy Beds order on delivery. If there are any faults or problems, you should refuse to sign for your order and ask the driver to return it.

2. Send an email to the customer service team within 15 days of receiving your products if you want to return anything. You then have another 15 days to organise the return.

3. When returning an item, you must pay for a courier. You can organise return shipping through Happy Beds or use your own courier if preferred. Returns can only be made from Monday-Friday, 8 am to 4 pm.

4. When the item arrives undamaged at the Happy Beds warehouse, you will receive your refund within 14 days.

Happy Beds Next Day Delivery

There is no specific Happy Beds Next Day Delivery policy. Instead, the shop organises specific day delivery. The delivery date will vary according to stock and time of year. For example, there are often delays just before Christmas. Specific day delivery costs £15.00 for a ground floor address or £40.00 on a Saturday. A 2-person specific day delivery —to a higher floor address, for example— costs £25.00 or £45.00 on Saturdays and Sundays. Otherwise, standard delivery is free.
