1. Returns are free and easy within 30 days of dispatch. 

2. Returned goods must be in an unused condition and in the original packaging. 

3. Bedeck cannot refund or exchange duvets, pillows, mattress toppers, or toiletries.

4. All exchanges / refunds must be handled by the customer service department.

Can I get next day delivery at Bedeck?

 Unfortunately, next day delivery is not available at Bedeck. Standard delivery is free on all orders totalling more than £49 or costs £3.50 on non-qualifying orders.

Is there a Bedeck price match policy?
