Meet Netflix’s newest TV show, Age of Attraction.
After proving in Love Is Blind that love might not have 20/20 vision but still has very strong opinions about Pilates Girls, Netflix is now exploring whether age really should matter in modern dating — or whether we’ve placed too much emphasis on it.
In Age of Attraction, which premiered yesterday, singles search for their soulmate without ever learning their potential partner’s age. The premise asks a simple question: are we too fixated on age when it comes to relationships? Sound kind of like rage bait? Fair enough. But it will definitely fill the Love Is Blind-shaped hole in our binge-watching schedules!
The reality show will be hosted by Nick Viall, a former star of The Bachelor and The Bachelorette, and his wife Natalie Joy, who have an 18-year age gap, by the way, and married in 2024.
The cast features singles ranging from their early 20s to their 60s. The only strict rule? Contestants will only know the age of the person they are dating after they fall for each other.
