Returns

1. The Stackers returns policy gives you 45 days to return goods after receipt. Items must be in their original packaging and in a saleable condition.

2. Follow the link to create your return label — ensure you enclose your order details within the parcel.

3. Take your parcel to the post office or nearest parcel drop off location. Ensure you retain a copy of your postage receipt.

4. Refunds are normally processed within one week. £4 will be deducted from your refund to cover the return postage unless the item is damaged or faulty.

Next Day Delivery

Stackers Next Day Delivery for the UK mainland is £1.95 for orders over £65. Spends under this will cost £4.95. Otherwise, standard delivery is offered for just £3.50, taking 2-3 days. Spend £65 to get free shipping.
