2. Download and print a returns form and enclose it with your item. Package it all up and take it to the post office or parcel drop off location.

3. Earrings and personalised items cannot be returned unless faulty.

4. You will need to pay the postage if you have just changed your mind. Refunds are normally processed within 5 working days.

Next Day Delivery

Orelia Next Day Delivery is available for £5.95. Orders should be placed by 3 pm. Saturday delivery is £8.95, but orders must be in before 3 pm by the Friday before. Otherwise, standard delivery takes 2-3 working days and costs £3. It's provided free of charge for orders over £45.
