What is the Watch Shop returns policy?

If you aren’t 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return your items by informing Watch Shop within 28 days of receiving them. Items must be returned in their original condition.

1. Repack your items and login to the returns portal. You can then select your preferred tracked returns.

2. You can use the shipping label or QR code to scan your package at your local drop-off or collection point.

3. Once your return has been received, it will take up to 14 days for your refund to be processed.

Can I get next-day delivery at Watch Shop?

Absolutely! Watch Shop offers next-day delivery on all orders with a flat fee of £7.99 when orders are placed before 4 pm during the working week. If you place your order after this time, your order will be processed the following business day. You’ll receive a tracking number as soon as your order is dispatched to keep an eye on your purchase. Bear in mind that delivery may take up to two business days to reach remote locations. 

Is there a Watch Shop price match policy?
