3. UK-based orders can be returned for free using the Royal Mail Freepost shipping label. Please allow up to 14 working days for Bluebella to process returned products.

4. Shipping costs that were applied to your original order will not be refunded.

Can I get next day delivery at Bluebella? 

You can secure next day delivery at Bluebella if you order before 1.30 pm from Monday to Thursday. Any orders placed outside this window will be dispatched the next working day. You will need to pay an additional £5.95 delivery charge to use this service.
