1. For returns you will need to email Only Curls to the following email hello@onlycurls.com.

2. They do not accept returns on used products. 

3. If the item is faulty, then they will cover the shipping cost. Otherwise, you will be responsible for the charges. 

Can I get next day delivery at Only Curls?

At the moment, Only Curls does not offer a next-day delivery. All UK deliveries take 3-5 working days to be processed. They have a flat rate of £5 for orders under £50.
