Make the most of your Regatta voucher, by following these simple steps:

Standard Delivery free for orders over £55 (or orders over £35 with a voucher code). You can also Click & Collect for free, pick up from your local store in 3 - 5 days.

Subscribing to a newsletter

Take advantage of the Regatta sign-up offer by subscribing to receive email updates. Your first email will include a code for 15% off your next order. You will also receive details about exclusive discounts, and new product lines.

Gift cards

This retailer does not sell gift cards online. It is possible to buy gift cards in-store, but they cannot be used to buy products online.

App discounts

Regatta has not yet released an app for customers. Check back for app releases, however, as there’s often a discount associated with downloading new apps. Customers with an app also receive details of sales early, as well as new products.

Returns

1. Online purchases must be returned within 30 days.

2. To return an item, click on ‘Refunds and Returns’ at the bottom of the retailers website and answer the questions.

3. Choose to return the item by post or by courier.

4. If you choose to post, use the returns form that arrived with your purchase and send by post to the address provided. Customers pay the postage for this service.

5. Alternatively, arrange for an Evri home collection or drop off. This option is free. You still need to fill out the returns form and include it in the package.

6. Refunds are processed within 14 days.
