What is the Millets returns policy?

1. Making returns to MIllets is effortless. No matter what your reason may be, Millets offers reimbursements or exchanges within 28 days of receiving your order.

2. Returns can be made at any Millets, Blacks, or Ultimate Outdoors store - with a dispatch note, receipt, and the card you paid with. 

3. Otherwise, visit the online returns portal to choose your preferred method of return. 

4. You can return via Evri, Asda, or leave your package at a 24/7 InPost Locker, simply select your method and follow the instructions provided. 

Can I get next day delivery at Millets?

Choose the convenience of Next Day Delivery and get your item quickly for just £5.95, or £3.95 when spending over £60. Simply place your order by 6 pm from Sunday to Friday, and it'll be delivered between 8 am and 8 pm by either Evri or DHL, Monday-Saturday.

Don’t want to wait in? Use the Premium Next Day Delivery for just £7.95 or take advantage of a reduced rate of £5.95 when you spend over £60! Place your order by 6 pm Monday-Friday and have it delivered by DPD within a 1-hour delivery window, between 8 am and 8 pm Monday-Saturday. You'll receive updates via SMS and email on the status of your order, with the chance to track or change your parcel's journey or leave further instructions if needed.

Is there a Millets price match policy?

Millets wants you to get the best price; that's why it promises to beat any of its competitors' prices by 10%. Where a cheaper product is found, even up to 7 days after purchase, Millets will refund you the difference plus an extra 10% back.
