The Blacks app makes shopping on the go and discovering the nearest Blacks stores easier. You can create your own ‘Wishlist’ to keep a note of the products you’ve got your eye on, making shopping that bit easier.  Unfortunately, no specific discounts are available for using the app, but you can pick from our array of Blacks discount codes to save money on your next purchase. 

What is the Blacks returns policy?

You can return any unwanted items within 28 days of delivery or collection. 

1. Complete the returns form sent with your order and return it with the items you’re returning either by mail or in-store.

2. Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging - they must be suitable for resale. 

3. If you are looking to exchange your unwanted item, you can do that in your nearest store.

4. If you paid by PayPal, PayPal Credit or Apple Pay payments, the company cannot process these refunds in-store. This will need to be completed by the Blacks Web Returns team. However, you can still return your unwanted items to a store where the Web Returns team can process the refund on your behalf.

5. It is worth mentioning that the company does not accept returns for swimwear, underwear, perishable food goods, or PPE equipment.

Can I get next-day delivery at Blacks?

Yes! You can choose between next-day delivery or premium next-day delivery. The latter provides regular SMS and email notifications on the status of your order and a one-hour delivery window. Premium next-day delivery costs £7.95, or £5.95 when you spend over £80, whereas next-day delivery costs £5.95, or £3.95 when you spend over £80. Standard delivery is free when you spend over £80.

Is there a Blacks price match policy?

Yes, there is. To submit your request, complete the online form, including the item you found at a lower price and location. Staff at Blacks will check your request and then get back to you with confirmation on whether they will offer the price match.
