What is the GO Outdoors returns policy?

1. For unwanted items: GO Outdoors allows you a full refund or exchange if the item is returned within 28 days of purchase, provided you have proof of purchase. It must be fit for resale - with tags still attached. For hygiene reasons, this doesn’t include headwear or swimwear.

2. For faulty items, you can get a refund, repair, or exchange within 28 days of purchase, provided you have proof of purchase. Within 12 months, you can either have the product replaced or repaired free of charge.

Can I get next day delivery at GO Outdoors?

GO Outdoors provides next day delivery from Monday to Saturday, 8 am to 8 pm, for a fee of £5.95 if the purchase is made before 6 pm. However, the delivery cost is reduced to £3.95 if you spend over £80 on your order.

Is there a GO Outdoors price match policy?

GO Outdoors offers a price match policy for members only. If you find a product cheaper online or in another store within 7 days of your purchase, then GO Outdoors will beat the price by 10%. You can sign up for membership for £5 a year.
