What is the GetYourGuide returns policy?

1. Check your specific tour for the cancellation T&Cs.

2. On many tours and experiences, you can cancel up to 24 hours in advance and receive a full refund. 

3. You’ll need to head to the website and type in the booking reference and pin from your voucher.

4. You can then follow the process to cancel the booking and will be refunded to your payment method.

5. It will take at least 3-5 business days to process the payment. 

6. If you cancel 24 hours or less before the start of your activity or don’t show up, you won’t receive a refund. 

Can I get next day delivery at GetYourGuide?

There is no need for delivery with GetYourGuide, you’ll be emailed with all the details of your booking and if you use the app, you’ll find everything you need stored there in your account. 

Is there a GetYourGuide price match policy?

There is! If you find a better price elsewhere, you need to send the link or screenshot. If the price is found to be lower, GetYourGuide will pay the difference, or give you a voucher for the amount.
