• You have to be a member of the Flying Club rewards program to purchase and redeem a gift card.

• For a £10 voucher you need to spend 2,000 points, for a £15 voucher you must spend 3,000 points, a £25 voucher costs 5,000 points while a £50 voucher will set you back 10,000 points

• This number increases each time up until the £100 voucher, costing you 20,000 points.

Do I get any discounts through the Virgin Atlantic app?

With the Virgin Atlantic app, you can book a flight on the move, check in, check flight schedules and even get a parking reminder. As it stands, there are no additional brand discounts available.

What is the Virgin Atlantic returns policy?

1. Virgin Atlantic offers a refund policy via the GDS Helpdesk. You are eligible for a refund if you meet certain criteria, including ticket type, flight cancellation and bereavement. 

2. An application fee of £30 is deducted in every case, and your ticket may also have an additional cancellation fee.

3. Government and Airport taxes are refundable, while Fuel and Insurance surcharges are non-refundable.

Is there a Virgin Atlantic price match policy?

The Virgin Atlantic Price Guarantee policy means that you can price match on Virgin Atlantic flights. Email sales@vaflightstore.com or call on 0151 350 1123 for price comparison queries. Your price match query must include a screenshot of the cheaper fare. The fare must be for the same route, date, flight number, ticket type and travel class, in GBP, excluding taxes and surcharges and with package deals not considered. The claim must also be made within 30 days of receiving the quote.
