Lauren has spent the past seven years covering runway trends, industry news and shopping guides for top-tier titles including Marie Claire, Vogue Business, Harper's Bazaar, Elle and Grazia — and, of course, Glamour, where you'll find her scouring our favourite brands for the best additions to your wardrobe and sharing the trending pieces that will instantly elevate any outfit. Hello, suede bags.

She has held editor positions at The Independent and Grazia, but with a strong love for travel (she's spent the last 18 months living out of a suitcase between Lisbon, Miami and multiple fashion weeks) she works best solo, becoming a small part of many teams rather than a permanent fixture in one. A Master's degree in Fashion Business from London College of Fashion only makes that flexibility more worthwhile when working across multiple time zones. She's also recently taken the plunge and gone out on her own, launching her wellness-focused magazine Grounded at the tail end of 2025.

There is one thing she'll admit, though: while she's spent the majority of her career learning everything there is to know about the fashion industry, from the marketing tactics that make us want to shop to the trends and products set to take off, at 28 she's still working out her own personal style. From bold boho to glam grunge, there's simply too much to choose from. So not only is she more than keen to explore new areas of style, she also completely understands the dilemma of trying to look put-together when time isn't on your side.
