Chrissy Teigen reveals that she LITERALLY bowed down to Beyoncé and it’s so relatable
Chrissy Teigen is, let's be honest, a huge celebrity. The model, show host, chef and writer is a star in her own right (and is married to a 10-time GRAMMY winner), but it doesn't mean she doesn't get starstruck every now and then.
She recently appeared on The Tonight Show with Jimmy Fallon to speak about all things babies, John Legend's new role in Jesus Christ Superstar and what it's like being sober at the GRAMMYs.
She revealed that Jay-Z had an entire wine bottle at his seat (a man after our own heart) and that she still totally geeks out when she sees Beyoncé in person.
Chrissy explained,
“There’s nobody like seeing Beyoncé in person. It’s just so incredible, I mean the aura that comes around her. I mean, she just emits this aura that’s spectacular.”
She then went full blown fangirl, and we'd be exactly the same.
“On our way out, I was like, ‘We have to say something, right? And I took both her hands — I don’t do this for anybody, it was very weird — and John’s like, ‘What the hell are you doing?’ And I took her hands and I got down on my knees and I was like, ‘Sorry to bother you, my Queen.’ Like, who says that? It was like, m’lady."
"Like, what do you even — who am I? And John's like bro-fiving with Jay-Z and I'm like 'Oh, my Lord!' It was so weird."
