As well as focusing on the usual beauty and fashion highlights, the red carpets have taken on a deeper meaning, centring around the Time's Up movement.
We already had an inkling that Kesha's performance would be a standout moment, but we definitely weren't prepared for what happened.
She took to the stage at the GRAMMYs with a whole host of other women to perform the poignant song 'Praying', which touches on her battle with her former producer, Dr. Luke whom she sued for emotional and physical abuse in 2014.
Given the shift happening in the entertainment industry at the moment, the performance was even more powerful. Kesha was at the forefront of the movement before it even gained steam - and now she has an army behind her.
Joined on stage by Camila Cabello, Cyndi Lauper, Julia Michaels, Andra Day and a huge choir, Kesha's performance brought many of the audience members to tears.

Music industry stars wore white roses to show solidarity for the #TimesUp movement at the 2018 Grammy Awards on Sunday night.
The demonstration was put together by Roc Nation senior VP, Meg Harkins, and Karen Rait, rhythm promotion at Interscope/Geffen/A&M records, when they realised that there had been no prior plans made to support the movement against sexual harassment.

The two music industry figures decided on the white rose as it is both practical and acts as a nod to the suffragettes, who wore white in their protests.
Miley Cyrus, Kesha, Cardi B, Camila Cabello, Anna Kendrick and others styled their outfits with a white rose pledging their support for Time's Up.
Beyonce and Jay-Z's daughter sent Twitter wild as she appeared to be #overit and told her parents to stop applauding.
If we didn't know who wore the trousers in the Carter household before, we certainly do now.

Of her three dresses, her second of the night was the most memorable.
Wearing it to perform Wild Thoughts with Bryson Tiller and DJ Khaled, it wasn't just the dress's punchy fuchsia hue that garnered attention but also its glittering fabric seemingly designed with the KiraKira app in mind.
But just what is needed to create such a shimmering display?
A mere 275,000 crystals, that's what.
The custom Adam Selman gown with asymmetric hemline, mid-ruching and slanted fringing commanded attention throughout the performance thanks to its flamenco-style silhouette, while her hair's decoration was thanks to florist Josh Werber.
