Balenciaga has even collaborated with Crocs on a cult pair of rain boots that will work with all your urban outfits.

Black and dark shades are admittedly the most versatile but sometimes, when rain sets in, we need our fashion choices to lift our mood. On particularly grey days we’d like to suggest a bold print like Marks & Spencer’s polka dot wellies, a cheerful colour (ASOS have a lilac pair and Tretorn do a sweet pink), or even a glitter sprinkled pair.
