What is the Virgin Holidays returns policy?

1. If you wish to modify or cancel your holiday, the Virgin Holidays returns policy allows you to do so up to 84 days before your trip, without losing your deposit. 

2. If you cancel between 57 and 84 days, you lose a deposit that is 30% of your booking price. This figure rises to 50% between 37 and 56 days, and 70% between 22 and 36 days in advance.

3. If you cancel less than 21 days prior to your trip, you risk losing 90% of what you’ve paid.

4. You may be able to reclaim the charges from your insurance policy.
