What is the Secret Escapes returns policy?

1. If you want to cancel your holiday or hotel stay, first make sure you’ve made a refundable booking. If you purchased your trip through Secret Escapes, they will endeavour to help you. If you’ve made the booking through a third party, with Secret Escapes as the intermediary, you’re booking might not be fully refundable. 

2. If you’ve made a flexible booking that enables you to cancel, go to the My Bookings section of your account and click ‘cancel’.

3. You can cancel your booking up to eight or 30 days before your check-in date, depending on the hotel you’ve booked. 

4. If you’re having trouble cancelling your booking, contact them directly through their website.

When you book a holiday or hotel through the private members platform, you’ll receive an immediate booking confirmation in your inbox as soon as payment is made.

Is there a Secret Escapes price match policy?

The team offers a 'Best-price guarantee' for hotel-only stays. So, if you find cheaper rates on hotel stays elsewhere, it will match their price.
