2. Cancellation costs are subject to flights (which are non-refundable), hotels (which can have refundable options) and extras such as transfers and travel insurance.

3. This also applies if you wish to modify your booking. You will see an itemised list of the costs before committing to the amendment.

4. Some of the flights and holidays sold by On The Beach are ATOL-protected; this is made clear during the booking process.

5. Once your refund has been processed by the team, you’ll receive an email to tell you it’s ready to be collected. You can do this from the ‘My Booking’ page on the website.
